DESU DESU DESU

I love you. No really, I do.

3D food... pig disgusting

Today, I witnessed, or rather, experienced some really shitty food. Food that I love that has now been destroyed and ruined forever.

So first started with this brand of sugar cookies I always used to buy back in the day. For nostalgia's sake, I bought one. I get to work and pop it open. It smelled good so I helped myself to a bite. Holy fuck was that bite NASTY. It tasted like imitation cream mixed in with cardboard. Shit sucked so bad that I threw it across the parking lot. Never again.

Then there was dinner/breakfast. I went down to a local burger joint called JB Burgers (which was a film location for Halloween H20), a place I regularly visit, or used to at least. I always order chili cheese fries. But for the past couple of weeks the quality has just gone down the shitter. Did they fire the old Mexican dude that used to be the chef? Did they downgrade their beef for the "chili" to imitation cat meat? I don't know, the chili tastes like absolute crap. It's even more bland than I am. Not to mention every single time I'll get some really chewy/uncooked fatty meat, fucking, THERE'S NOTHING MORE THAT I HATE WHEN IT COMES TO FOOD THAN THAT SHIT, FUCK. So yeah, never again. You have let me down bro. You used to be cool, but you let me down for the last time.

Then there's soda. Or at least, Dr. Pepper/Pepsi. I used to drink this stuff like water and it was always so refreshing. Out of the blue though I started getting concerned about my health and well-being (maybe because I'm trying to get in shape, idk) so I decided to drop it cold turkey. It was hard the first couple of days, but I got used to it and transferred the addiction to Arizona tea. But I made an exception today for some Pepsi. My body was craving it, it's kind of sad really. But I took a nice big chug of the stuff and I felt no refreshing thirst quenching, nothing. I guess I finally got over soda, which is good I suppose. While I won't mind drinking it every once in a while, I don't think I can drink it straight up like I used to anymore. Which is good for me, I suppose. I was expecting its carbonated grip to be really hard to shake off, but I guess I got lucky ;o
