THIS STORM (and qutting WoW/tidbits)

This storm is an eyesore. THIS STORM THIS STORM THIS STORM THIS STORM THIS STORM THIS STORM THIS STORM THIS STORM THIS STORM THIS STORM THIS STORM THIS STORM THIS STORM THIS STORM THIS STORM THIS STORM THIS STORM THIS STORM THIS STORM THIS STORM... (and yeah, that's my houe ;3)

...is nuts. Lots of rain (yay ♥), and I'm getting lucky on my way to work. It doesn't rain until I get to work, so it's not a hassle at all. Either that or I'm in a car when it does. But yeah, TORNADO WARNINGS? IN CALIFORNIA? We were the warmest place in the US last week while the rest of the country was getting some really bad chilly winter weather. But now we've caught up. Seriously, it's going to be way too cold tonight and even colder tomorrow night. It was cold enough for me to use my scarf again. Whatever, I'm enjoying it all.

Even though I'm loving this rain, it's causing me to delay the purchase of a new harddrive for my new faulty PS3. I can't go to Fry's BECAUSE OF THIS STORM. FUCK AKJKSFJDAKEGV. I'm really hoping it just needs a new HDD, I want to play the damned thing already... ;_;

On a side note, playing the Fate/Stay Night visual novel is great with the voice patch. I can't help but to lose so much time easily because of how submersed I can get. Because of that I try not to play before work, that would be disastrous.

Speaking of TYPE-MOON, getting this lovely figure of Azaka with this week's paycheck. My first expensive anime-related purchase... and a good one too. While I would buy one of my waifu Saber, I already have one of her. And I keep getting scared that this one is going to run out of stock/get discontinued. I've had my eyes on it since early December, here's to hoping I can accomplish this purchase without problems.

Also, my wrists have been healing up a bit! I played guitar for a bit yesterday and I'm glad I can actually do it again without my hands hurting insanely. But because of my long break of over a year, my wrists and fingers seem a lot weaker and tire very easily. That means I'm saving up for a guitar once I buy my Azaka figure. Of course, I'm not going to be able to practice like a madman like I used to be able to, so improving my skill will be very slow. But nonetheless it made me extremely happy.

Also, I decided to quit WoW 2 nights ago. The decision just came to me suddenly on my way to work. It just isn't for me anymore. Fuck the premise of the game, seriously. While I'm still curious to see what the expansion will bring, I'm so tired of the game, the players, and just how plain the game becomes once you cap. 1 1/4 years wasted? Well... maybe. I enjoyed myself in the game at times, so it wasn't a total waste. I've just got bigger fish to fry.

UPDATE: So because my siblings are lousy no goods (even after I bought them pizza, assholes), I ended up having to bring in the trash cans. No biggie... except they WASHED 100 FEET DOWN THE STREET LOL. The current going downhill from the runoff was so strong that it knocked the trash cans down and they drifted down the road. I felt like I was in the National Guard getting all the trashcans out of the street.

Pics! (click for slightly larger views. Also bleh for lack of depth perception)
